We understand some users are concerned about not being able to re-download their slips later. This new policy was introduced mainly for your own privacy and security protection. NIN/BVN slips contain sensitive personal information, and keeping them permanently on the server may expose users to privacy risks. To keep all customers safe, every generated slip will now be automatically deleted on the 1st and 15th of every month. This means once you generate a slip, kindly download it immediately and save it to your phone, computer, email, Google Drive, or any personal storage you can easily access later. If you still need the slip after it has been deleted from the server, you may need to generate it again.
